I was very excited to drive by the Washington Park Community Center a couple of weeks ago and see this huge mural in progress. This was a project funded with a city grant and executed by students in the art department at Indiana State University. The mural is the work of Hammond, Indiana artist Tom Torluemke.More details in the Tribune-Star article here.
