a tad creepy - and a bit embarrassing.This 3-lane one-way street is a main thoroughfare through downtown Terre Haute. I'm standing near its intersection with 7th Street, another main street.
And it's so empty at 7:30 p.m.
One expects the sidewalk-roller-uppers any minute. (There's the Vigo County courthouse way in the background.)

I ran a Marathon sponsered by Marathon Oil Company in Terre Haute back in 1975 or so and I think it ended right on this street. Were you living there then?
Nope, I'm a 1991 transplant from South Florida. Saw my first snow at the age of 40.
